To change the render options, you have to click on Options in the main menu. After that, you should click on Render in
the top row:
(the render options)
This tab allows you to influence the quality of the galleries.
- Compressed textures: this option will compress the textures on the graphic card to save some texture memory. The
quality will suffer from that.
Note: This option is only available on certain hardware
- Use Shaders: this option enables the OpenGL Shading Language. If you have a recent graphic card which has
OpenGL 2.0-support, you can activate this option. This will improve the quality of some effects and the
quality and the speed of the post-scene effects.
Note: Your graphic card must support OpenGL 2.0 to be able to active this option.
- High Quality Reflections: If you enable this option, the water rendering will be improved very much.
Note: This option will only take effect if you enable Use Shaders
- Reflect players: If a gallery has reflecting walls, you will see you and other players in there, too.
- Render gras: This option will render detailed gras instead of flat textures. This will use some CPU- and GPU-power.
- Texture quality: This slider changes the quality of the textures. Lower values will improve the
performance and the usage of texture memory, but the quality of the galleries will suffer from that.
- Light map quality: This slider changes the quality of the lighting. Lower values will improve the
performance and the usage of texture memory, but the quality of the galleries will suffer from that.
- Picture quality: This slider changes the quality of your pictures. Lower values will improve the
performance and the usage of texture memory, but the quality of the galleries will suffer from that.
- Player model quality: This slider changes the quality of the player models. Lower values will improve the
performance and the usage of texture memory, but the quality of the galleries will suffer from that.
- Anisotropic filter: This option improves the quality of the galleries.
Note: You can only select values your hardware supports
